Renewal by Andersen STL is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support service operations across Birner Group's five regional locations. You will be the central point of coordination for customer service requests, appointment scheduling, parts management, and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by handling a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm service appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Create and maintain accurate records of customer communications and service activity.
• Process and track parts orders, following through to resolution and timely delivery.
• Prepare customer service quotes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enter, update, and manage information across multiple software platforms and internal systems.
• Partner with service teams to ensure customer needs are addressed quickly and effectively.

What You'll Do

Pay

• $19-$25 per hour
