Renewal by Andersen of St. Louis is seeking outgoing, customer-focused individuals to engage with people and create positive experiences while representing a leading home improvement brand.

This role offers $20 per hour plus $50 for every qualified appointment set, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and ongoing professional development. • Represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, home shows, trade shows, community events, and other promotional venues
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their home improvement needs
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales consultants
• Educate potential customers about our premium window and door replacement solutions
• Accurately collect and record customer information
• Help increase brand awareness while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Contribute to the success of event marketing initiatives throughout the region
