Renewal by Andersen of St. Louis is seeking outgoing, customer-focused individuals to engage with people and create positive experiences while representing a leading home improvement brand.

This role offers $20 per hour plus $50 for every qualified appointment set, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and ongoing professional development. You’ll represent the company at retail locations, home shows, and other promotional venues, generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our

• Represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, home shows, trade shows, community events, and other promotional venues
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their home improvement needs
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales consultants
• Educate potential customers about our premium window and door replacement solutions
• Accurately collect and record customer information
• Help increase brand awareness while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Contribute to the success of event marketing initiatives throughout the region
