The role covers Syracuse and Rochester, with smaller installation work as needed, and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes using a company-provided van to diagnose and resolve service-related issues.
• Measure windows and doors for ordering.
• Coverage area is Syracuse and Rochester.
• Troubleshoot product or installation issues and complete repairs with minimal need for follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area in customers' homes and in the service van.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including service reports and customer acknowledgments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service tickets.

Job Summary

Window World is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is primarily responsible for servicing previously installed windows and doors to ensure customer satisfaction through professional workmanship and timely issue resolution, and also measure new orders for windows and doors. In addition to service calls, the technician will also handle smaller installation jobs as needed.

This role includes the use of a Window World-provided service van.
