Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate 1 for the 7am shift to aid in fabrication and assembly of window components. You will work across departments, using hand tools, saws, and hardware applications to build units that meet quality standards.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and reading production data to support planning and quality audits. Full-time employment with typical benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32” and perform basic arithmetic in multiple units.
• Ability to read and interpret productivity reports and data.
• Ability to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions.
• Capable of using computerized equipment and tools in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble window units.
• Lift and transport windows to build tables and racks.
• Move carts, set up and tear down work areas.
• Cut wood and mull units with saws; use fabrication dies.
• Apply hardware with appropriate tooling and secure units.
