Job summary

Qualifications

• Measure lengths accurately to 1/32 inch.
• Read and interpret statistics, productivity reports, and written instructions.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Capable of using computerized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble window units.
• Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks.
• Move carts in and out of production areas.
• Saw wood to mull units and operate dies.
• Apply hardware with appropriate tooling.
• Use production reports for planning and quality audits.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Cross-train and assist other operators.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
