Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production Operator at our WV locations (Pennsboro, Ellenboro, Harrisville). You’ll fabricate and assemble window components on the own line using hand tools.

Shifts start at 7am or 7pm. Pay starts at $17/hr with a $2/hr night differential. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on concrete floors.

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic math and unit conversions.
• Read and interpret productivity data and instructions.
• Define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Capable of using computerized equipment.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble window units.
• Lift windows onto tables and racks.
• Move carts in/out of production areas.
• Operate saws and presses to cut/mull units.
• Apply hardware and inspect quality.
• Support cross-training and supervision tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Assist production planning via reports.
• Participate in cross-rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
