Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You will be trained across production processes, working in shifts with overtime, and eligible for a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

The role emphasizes hands-on assembly, clear English communication, and teamwork within a supportive, growth-focused environment at Marvin. Relocation can be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime (mandatory on all shifts).

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and collaborate with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your day and increase earning potential.
