Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a field installation professional to measure, assess, and install window replacements. You will verify measurements, propose cost-effective installation solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction with the final result.

The role requires 2-3 years in carpentry or remodeling, window install experience, and proficient communication. A company vehicle stipend, 401(k) match, health insurance, and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.
• Window installation/measuring experience.
• Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents and messages.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate an iPad.

Responsibilities

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials
• Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement
• Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary $50,000 annually plus bonus opportunity

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, typically 8 am-5 pm - so you can enjoy your weekends!
