Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated installer to perform window and door replacements in Savannah, GA. The role requires 3–5 years of installation experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift heavy loads while working on-site with ladders.

You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, replacing defective parts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through on-site problem solving and precise workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experiencing installing windows and doors.
• Knowledge of custom window/door installation.
• Experience with metal brake and caulking.
• Some trim work around windows/doors.
• Valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service performance and address warranty issues with windows and doors
• Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting with customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing problems
• Replace defective parts and help customers when windows aren't working properly
• Diagnose issues on windows and doors such as water infiltration, bowed panels, interlock issues etc.

Responsibilities

• - Provide service performance and address warranty issues with windows and doors
• - Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting with customer needs
• - Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing problems
• - Replace defective parts and help customers when windows aren't working properly
• - Diagnose issues on windows and doors such as water infiltration, bowed panels, interlock issues etc.

Qualifications

• - 3-5 years of experience installing windows and doors
• - Custom window and door installation knowledge
• - Thorough experience with using a metal brake and caulking
• - Familiarity with and able to do some minor trim work around windows and patio doors both inside and out
• - Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component
• - A valid driver's license
• - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
• - Ability to lift up to 100lbs and climb a ladder unassisted
• - Competitive starting hourly rate of $23-$25/hour
