Renewal by Andersen WNY is seeking a hardworking, self‑motivated, experienced individual for a full‑time, year‑round opportunity as a Measure Technician (Install Project Manager).

Responsibilities

• Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assess labor/materials.
• Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations for a cost‑effective window replacement.
• Recognize situations that could impact customer expectations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation.
• Understand and adhere to the established Renewal processes and standards.
• Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job‑related circumstances in a timely fashion.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring customers accept proposed solutions or alternate installation techniques.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of carpentry, finishing, and/or remodeling experience preferred.
• Window installation experience.
• Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents and messages.
