Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Pre-Installation Technician to join the Andover team. You will accurately measure projects, position Installation teams, and help deliver a five-star remodel experience under the Installation Manager, working closely with Lead Installers and Trainers.

The role emphasizes measurement accuracy, outdoor work, and collaborating with customers throughout the process in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and precise measurements.
• Experience in residential remodeling preferred.
• Able to carry and climb a ladder and work outside in inclement weather.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations at appointed times and introduce self/company.
• Review Work Order with customer and confirm products to be installed.
• Take accurate measurements and compare against Sales measurements; discuss with customer if significantly different.
• Identify important details or information helpful to installers.
• Snap and upload pictures in Salesforce.
