Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Pre-Installation Technician for our Knoxville team. You will accurately measure projects, position our installation teams for a five-star remodel experience, and report to the Installation Manager while coordinating with Lead Installers and Trainers.

In this role you’ll travel to customer sites, review work orders, take precise measurements, and log images in Salesforce. A valid driver's license and smartphone access are required, with full-time employment and

• Strong attention to detail and ability to take precise measurements.
• Experience in residential remodeling preferred.
• Ability to carry and climb a ladder and work outside in varying weather.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer location at scheduled times and introduce self/company.
• Review Work Order with customer and confirm products to be installed.
• Take accurate measurements and compare with Sales measurements.
• Identify important details useful to installers.
• Snap and upload pictures in Salesforce.
• Assess exterior for landscaping or terrain considerations.
• Conduct final review with customer.
