Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis seeks a Service Technician to perform in-home service on windows and doors, reporting to the Installation Manager. You will work with Lead Installers and our operations team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

This full-time role includes paid training, company-provided tools, a vehicle, and a strong benefits package. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, have remodeling experience, and hold a valid driver’s license.

As a Service Technician on our Minneapolis team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by performing necessary service work in a safe and effective manner. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.
