Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring an Associate in Minneapolis, MN to perform on-site window and door service. This role values craftsmanship, detail, and a strong customer focus. You will meet customers, assess service needs, and perform installations with safety in mind.

We provide full-time W2 employment with overtime opportunities, company tools and training, a company vehicle and gas coverage, and a defined career glidepath. A valid driver's license and smartphone access to our systems are required.

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and tour service area to keep them informed.
• Perform service on customers' windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Review service completion with customer and obtain signatures.
• Leave customer location clean and safe after service.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress
• Perform service on customer's windows and doors in a safe and effective manner
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures
• Leave customer location in a clean and safe appearance
