Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Service Technician to join the team on the Minneapolis site. The role reports to the Installation Manager and collaborates with Lead Installers and Trainers to deliver high-quality service for window and door replacements.

We offer full-time W2 employment with unlimited overtime, a comprehensive benefits package, company-provided tools, a vehicle with gas covered, and a defined career glidepath for advancement.

• Perform service on windows and doors in a safe, effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and obtain signatures.
• Leave customer locations clean and in a safe condition.

You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance
