Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Cleveland, OH to perform safe, high-quality installations of windows and exterior doors. You will arrive early, load materials, travel to homes, greet customers, and begin work following SOPs and PPE guidelines.

This role emphasizes hands-on remodeling, thorough cleanup, and accurate paperwork. A valid driver’s license, basic tool knowledge, and a willingness to learn are required, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
