West Shore Home is seeking a Window Installer in Chattanooga, TN. The role entails loading materials at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, traveling to customers, and installing replacement windows and exterior doors with care for the home.

Experience in carpentry or remodeling is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is welcome. A valid driver’s license and a smartphone for two-factor authentication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required for logging into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
