Job summary

West Shore Home in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Residential Remodeler to assist with installations while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include traveling to client homes to install replacement windows and doors and maintaining a professional rapport. Ideal candidates will possess experience in carpentry and remodeling, along with a valid Driver’s License.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17–$20 depending on experience and skills, alongside comprehensive health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone for logging into required systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door, install replacements, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly after the installation.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
