Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is looking for a Window Install Helper in Madison, WI. The role involves installing home remodeling products to our standards, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction with final payments.

The position offers a base hourly pay of $20/hr, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus opportunities for team collaboration and role advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
