Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Install Helper to join our growing nationwide team. This entry-level role supports installation teams, helps with finish work, and ensures customer satisfaction at project close.

Starting July 6th, the position offers a base pay of $20 per hour, with a clear path to improvement and advancement, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision for eligible employees, alongside a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
