Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company in Rochester, is seeking a Window Installer to join their team. This role involves installing home remodeling products according to established standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing necessary finish work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of remodeling or construction experience and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive hourly pay between $20 and $32.50, a Monday to Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-installation and authorize payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

Key Qualifications
