Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Installer to join our nationwide team in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on installing home remodeling products to Mad City's standards, with emphasis on quality finish work and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of remodeling or carpentry experience, including window replacements, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to liaise with homeowners and the management team throughout each installation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
