Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Installer to join our growing network of home renovation professionals. You will install remodeling products to our standards, apply finish work as needed, and help ensure homeowner satisfaction with final payments and project completion.

We value clear communication and customer service, and the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits as part of a leading national home improvement network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
