Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Installer to install home remodeling products to Mad City's standards. You will perform finish work as needed and ensure customer satisfaction at project close.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with window replacements, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication with homeowners and team members. This role offers a M-F schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
