The role requires converting inquiries into orders, performing takeoffs, and preparing accurate quotes with vendor collaboration.

You will work under the Branch Operations Manager, handling product knowledge, statements, and coordinating with vendors and the outside sales team to fulfill orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales or residential construction/work.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and perform takeoffs accurately.
• Proficiency with vendor-specific software for quoting and order management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with product selection, orders, and special requests, ensuring solutions align with project needs.
• Perform accurate takeoffs to determine material needs and prepare precise estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with window/door vendors and coordinate contract visits and offerings.
• Utilize vendor software to create quotes, track orders, and provide product information.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Maintain neat and orderly counter and showroom area.
• Coordinate with outside sales to support customer needs and literature/sample requests.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and best practices.
