Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Service Technician to address warranty issues, troubleshoot on-site, and ensure customer satisfaction for homeowners in the Johnson City area.

You will replace defective parts, diagnose window and door problems, and work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, earning $23–$26 per hour plus a company vehicle, gas card, tools, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• 2+ years of window & door installation/repair.
• 3+ years of basic home repair work, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service performance and address warranty issues with windows and doors
• Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting with customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing problems
• Replace defective parts and help customers when windows aren't working properly
• Diagnose issues on windows and doors such as water infiltration, bowed panels, interlock issues etc.
