Next Door & Window in the Chicago area seeks a Window and Door Replacement Service Technician to perform on-site repairs, adjust hardware, and provide high-quality customer service.

The role reports to the Service Manager and requires 2+ years in window/door service or related fields, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a 40-hour week with potential overtime. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Field service repair of customer window and door issues.
• Identify product and repair parts needed to correct customer concerns.
• Adjust doors and windows for proper operation.
• Paint and stain touch ups as required.
• Casing and trim installation.
• Provide a level of Customer Service.
