Renewal by Andersen is actively seeking a driven salesperson to work with homeowners at kitchen tables, diagnosing needs and presenting tailored door and window solutions. You’ll schedule around homeowner availability, including evenings and weekends, and you’ll earn uncapped, performance-based earnings.

Our reps average about $190K in their first full year and receive paid training, coaching, and clear advancement paths based on results. This role rewards hustle and ownership.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week.
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
