Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Window & Door Installer in Knoxville, TN. You will load materials each morning, travel to homes to install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean, careful finish. Responsibilities include customer interaction, paperwork, and returning to the warehouse.

The role requires basic hand and power tool knowledge, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. A smartphone is needed to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
