West Shore Home in Orlando, FL is hiring a Window & Door Installer. Expect a 6:30 AM start on weekdays, loading at the warehouse, traveling to customer sites, and installing replacement windows and exterior doors with careful trim work.

The role requires carpentry/remodeling experience or a willingness to learn, plus basic hand and power tools, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for logging into required systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
