West Shore Home is seeking a Window & Door Installer in Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on safe and efficient installation of replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE protocols to deliver a five-star customer experience.

You will load materials by 6:30 AM, travel to homes, perform installations, and ensure clean work areas. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or hunger to learn.

Responsabilités

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
