Job summary

West Shore Home in Boston, MA is seeking a Window and Door Installer to join our technology-driven home improvement team. You will load materials, travel to customer homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean, professional job site.

This role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with a $21–$25 hourly wage and a $1,000 signing bonus paid in two installments. A valid driver's license, basic hand and power tool knowledge, and a willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
