West Shore Home in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Window and Door Installer to join our technology-driven home improvement company delivering high-quality remodels.

You will load materials at the warehouse, travel to customer homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean, professional job site.

This role offers a 6:30 AM start, Monday–Friday schedule, a $2,000 signing bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
