Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Window & Door Installer in Baltimore, MD. The role requires starting early (6:30 AM) and traveling to homes to install replacement windows and exterior doors while maintaining a clean job site and customer rapport.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
