Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Window and Door Installer to join our Boston team. You will load materials at 6:30 AM, travel to customer homes, remove old windows and doors, install replacements, and complete thorough cleanups while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role offers a $1,000 signing bonus and an hourly wage range of $21–$24. A valid driver’s license, basic hand and power tool knowledge, and a customer‑focused mindset are essential for success in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
