Staffmark Group in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a Window Assembly Technician to read blueprints, align glass, apply sealants, and assemble commercial window units on the production line. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities include measuring materials, inspecting finished products, using hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Candidates must pass a 7-year background check and be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for the shift.

• Apply sealants, glazing tape, gaskets and related materials.
• Measure materials and verify glass placement and alignment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and sealing integrity.
• Use hand tools, power tools, chop saws and tape measures safely.
• Move and handle glass and components through production.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Assist in other production departments as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality and production procedures.

Window Assembly Technician

Location: Sauk Rapids, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, glazing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance
• Ability to stand for the entire shift, except scheduled breaks
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance
• Must pass a 7-year background check
• Sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots, work pants, and work shirt required

Job Duties
