Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Machine Operator in Sauk Rapids, MN to assemble quality products using hand tools and mechanical skills. The role supports efficient production with detailed work instructions on the 1st shift (6 AM-2:30 PM, Monday–Friday) at $20.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, use measuring devices, and maintain safety and quality standards while contributing to productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, work instructions, or technical documents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Machine Operator

Location: Sauk Rapids, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour | 1st Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
