Job summary

Staffmark Group in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a Window Assembly Technician to read blueprints, align glass, apply sealants, and assemble commercial window units on the production line. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities include measuring materials, inspecting finished products, using hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Candidates must pass a 7-year background check and be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for the shift.

Qualifications

• Blueprints and work instructions reading required.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Experience with hand and power tools ideal.
• Attention to detail and reliable attendance necessary.
• Must pass a 7-year background check.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and work orders to assemble window units.
• Install and align glass within window frames.
• Apply sealants, glazing tape, gaskets and related materials.
• Measure materials and verify glass placement and alignment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and sealing integrity.
• Use hand tools, power tools, chop saws and tape measures safely.
• Move and handle glass and components through production.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Assist in other production departments as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality and production procedures.
