Position Overview

Job Title: Window Assembler

Base Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (overtime required on Friday and/or Saturday as needed)

Location: 1120 38th Ave NE, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately and completely finish window and patio door orders that meet or exceed the production standards in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Follow approved quality practices and suggest improvements.
• Meet production goals by posted line standards.
• Must be flexible to work in other departments as needed and display a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis up to shoulder height and below the waist.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Highly motivated, focused, organized employee who can work in a team environment or independently.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safe work practices and policies.
• Engage in cross-training to maintain flexibility and adaptability to support production.
• Work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and standard work.
