Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of products, installation techniques, and installation procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Replace sashes, replace parts, and make adjustments as needed
• Professionally caulk and use spray foam
• Mainframe installation / re-installation
• Use a brake to remove and replace aluminum capping
• Perform other specific services/responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in replacement window and door installation preferred
• Pleasant personality with an energetic spirit
• Prior customer service experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
