Job summary

The program advances through Level I, II, and III, with a required advancement exam within six months of hire and on-the-job training to build hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; progress to completion within 6 months.
• Associate’s degree/technical background preferred for advanced levels.
• Must be able to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in wind turbine mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance.
• Document work, parts used, and time in service reports.
• Shadow experienced Technicians and learn under supervision.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle; follow safety procedures.
• Progress through Level I–III with training and advancement exams.
