Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik is seeking a Technician II to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbines. You will interpret fault reports, maintain logs and service records, and work independently on electrical and mechanical components.

Lead in the Lock Out Tag Out program and contribute to safe, reliable wind farm operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of wind turbine experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as a Wind Turbine Technician.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbines.
• Interpret fault reports and maintain power generation logs and service records.
• Work independently on electrical and mechanical components; participate in LOTO program.
• Replace major turbine components such as generators and gearboxes; assist with HV systems.
