ACCIONA Energía seeks a Wind Turbine Technician to join a skilled team responsible for maintaining wind turbines and surrounding facilities. You will perform assembly, testing, repair, and preventive maintenance of turbine generators while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of wind turbine or electrical experience, hands-on skills with tools, ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and hold a high school diploma with a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of wind turbine technician experience or equivalent electrical experience.
• Hands-on problem solver in fast-paced environments with strong technical skills and safety focus.
• Experience with hand and power tools and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing 300-foot ladders; outdoor work.
• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain a U.S. passport.
• HV equipment certification preferred; willingness to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on wind turbines to ensure performance.
• Conduct safety analyses and ensure PPE and operational standards compliance.
• Document maintenance activities to track turbine performance and trends.
• Support root cause analyses for equipment failures.
• Collaborate with engineers and field teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
