Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with wind turbine maintenance or heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work at height.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, operate, and repair wind turbines on site.
• Climb towers to inspect, troubleshoot, or repair components.
• Test electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems for faults.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and document progress.
• Complete safety-focused reports and end-of-day housekeeping.
