Transportation Partners & Logistics is seeking a driven Wind Technician to join our local site in Iowa. You will inspect, maintain, operate, and repair wind turbines, climbing towers and working with field teams to ensure reliable energy production.

You will follow safety procedures, complete reports, and communicate clearly. A high school diploma and maintenance experience are required; GWO training is preferred. This role may require extended hours and outdoor work.

Formación

• At least one year of related maintenance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must understand and be able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair turbine systems.
• Active GWO Basic Safety Training certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, maintain, operate, and repair wind turbine components.
• Climb towers up to 260 feet to inspect and repair equipment.
• Test electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Follow maintenance manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Complete progress reports and end-of-day housekeeping.
• Participate in safety meetings and job safety analyses.
