Vestas in Houston is seeking a Management-level Project Manager to lead all stages of wind turbine projects, coordinating with service, construction, QSE, engineering, and supply chain to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

You will direct onsite teams, manage budgets and P&L, and communicate progress to stakeholders, with emphasis on cost and time savings and a proactive safety culture.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience and strong English communication.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Develop all stages of project activities.
• Collaborate with Service, Construction, QSE, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and support functions for project execution.
• Coordinate and direct onsite personnel, contractors, and customers for decommissioning and installation.
• Oversee inventory and tool ordering, usage and tracking.
• Identify opportunities for cost and time savings, mitigate delays, and align with budget targets.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure safe project execution with minimal supervision.
