Vestas in the United States is seeking a Mobile Site Manager to oversee service site operations, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple wind farms. You will lead a team, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and drive turbine performance.

The role requires 2-3 years of management experience in a related service field, a technical background, willingness to travel 100%, and strong English communication. You will operate in a safety-focused, results-driven environment at Vestas.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Willingness to work at the service site and travel (to various turbines) as needed.
• Availability for traveling 100% of the time.
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver\'s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety at the site and drive safety performance improvements.
• Develop and empower the team to operate and maintain wind turbines.
• Establish partnerships with clients to meet contractual commitments.
• Manage costs to meet service contract budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance and problem-solving to optimize turbine performance.
• Oversee business management, including fiscal oversight.
• Lead and coach teams to achieve targets and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety programs and procedures are followed.
