Vestas is seeking a Regional Project Manager to lead Office and Factory Services projects in Houston. You will manage design consultants, contractors, and delivery from appraisal through closeout, coordinating across local and international stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction management or Architecture.
• 5–8 years of on-site project management experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project; strong budget awareness.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Manage the construction phase focusing on safety, quality, schedule, budget, scope, and production impact.
• Ensure compliance with local jurisdiction and environmental/building requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across cultures.
• Understand local authorities to support real estate planning.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into construction documents using technical skills.
• Align with global resources to apply Vestas best practices.
• Participate in vendor selection and RFQ processes with procurement.
• Support EHS efforts and promote an injury-free safety culture at sites.
