Job summary

Vestas, a leader in wind energy, seeks a Site Manager to oversee service-site operations, mentor a team, and ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will manage budgets, influence safety culture, and coordinate maintenance and diagnostics to optimize turbine output.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in a service field, English proficiency, and willingness to travel to multiple turbines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work at the service site and travel to turbines as needed.
• A technical background is beneficial, with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first operations at the service site and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Coach and empower the team to operate and maintain wind turbine plants efficiently.
• Establish strong client partnerships to meet contractual commitments.
• Manage costs to meet service contract budgets and financial targets.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and diagnostics to improve turbine performance.
