You will lead or support failure investigations and drive reliability improvements across North American sites. The role requires five years of wind O&M experience, data interpretation skills, travel, and a valid driver's license and passport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• At least five years of wind turbine operations and maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret inspection and condition-monitoring data.
• Willing to travel frequently and hold a valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support major mechanical interventions on wind assets and other renewable energy technologies, including inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance execution, and validation of critical components.
• Lead or support failure investigations, improve maintenance practices and reliability, and share technical standards and lessons learned across North American sites.
